Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC is a privately held, US manufacturer of precision cutting tools. We are headquartered and manufacture in Central Pennsylvania in the same location that has been in continuous operation since 1881.

Our products include high-speed steel, cobalt and powdered metal end mills, carbide end mills, taps, and countersinks. In the end mill category, we serve the general purpose and premium market, but have significant strengths in specialty and performance end mills for the aerospace market. Our tap offering includes general purpose, specialty and performance taps.

We market under the following brands:

• Brubaker Tool; general purpose, specialty and aerospace HSS, cobalt & powdered metal end mills. Carbide end mills. General purpose, special and high    performance taps.

• Fastcut Tool; general purpose, specialty and aerospace HSS, cobalt & powdered metal end mills. Carbide end mills. General purpose, special and high    performance taps.

• Weldon Tool; premium, specialty and aerospace HSS, cobalt, powdered metal and carbide end mills.

Position:
Brand Manager and Manager Inside Sales

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable person for Brand Manager for our company brands. In addition to brand management duties, this person will have overall responsibility for our inside sales department. Primary duties related to brand management, secondary and less significant time commitment for oversight of inside sales. Brand management duties will include overall pricing, positioning and product offerings for our brands listed above. This person will also have significant input, but not primary responsibility for catalog updates, product fliers, advertising, etc. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in solid, round cutting tools, specifically end mills and taps. A strong background in brand management or sales, and excellent organizational and communication skills are desired. This candidate must also be able to work with, and communicate effectively with our inside sales personnel, field salespeople and customers.

Primary place of duty will be our Millersburg, PA facility. Some travel will be required in support of trade shows, industry events and significant customer calls. Travel averages approximately six weeks per year.
